PROBLEM 1: I don't know how to download the musical I purchased!

RESOLUTION: If you purchased a downloadable version of a musical you can access the download by logging on to your account. Here are complete instructions:

If you failed to download your items at the time of purchase you can retrieve them by accessing them from your account. Follow these instructions:

1. Go the Lorray.com log in page HERE.

2. Log yourself in using the username/password you selected when you made the purchase.

3. Once you have logged on, you will see a gray bar at the top of the page. On the right hand side, click on the "my account" link in the gray bar.

4. Under "Previous Orders" click on the order that contains the products you wish to download.

5. At the bottom left of the order you will see "download links". Click on the product name you wish to download, and use the password that is directly to the right of the product name.

PROBLEM 2: I paid through Paypal but I don't see the download link!

RESOLUTION:  If you close the browser window before Paypal returns you to our site, the order will not process correctly. Do not fear, we will correct the problem at our end and manually insert your order so that it can process.  Once we have processed your order you will receive an email with a link to your purchase. Click on the link and follow the instructions in Problem #1's resolution to download your purchase.

PROBLEM 3: I got to the download page but I'm not sure what to do!

RESOLUTION: The download page is actually a directory of files. Some of the files will be mp3's . . . one set of mp3's will be DEMO files with the children's voices, the other set will be the accompaniment trax files without voices.  There will also be a file that has an "exe"  extension on the end of the filename. That is a "zip" file containing the ACCOMPANIMENT trax version of the musical. If you are familiar with zip files you may want to save yourself some time and download that file.  Next to each filename there is a download button - you will need to click on each download button and save the file to your hard drive for later burning to CD.

PROBLEM 4: I ordered the CD version of the musical, however, when I put the CD in my computer it only shows a pdf file.

RESOLUTION: The CD version is a mixed-mode CD, containing both a data file and audio tracks. The first track is the data file containing the pdf file. The pdf file contains the lead sheets and script for the musical. Depending upon your computer and CD drive, the CD drive may/may not play the audio tracks, however, the audio portion (beginning on track 2) should play just fine in any CD player.

PROBLEM 5: I can't find the piano score.

RESOLUTION: That is because we do not create piano scores. We provide you with lead sheets (vocal line and lyrics only) to use in conjunction with the accompaniment trax. This is how the musical was intended to be used.

PROBLEM 6: The download page won't open. . . I just get an error message.

RESOLUTION: From time to time our third party product storage provider, Streamload.com, is unavailable for one reason or another. Normally problems get resolved in a day or so. If you should have trouble accessing your products after 24 hours, please contact us at support@lorray.com and we will look into the problem for you.

PROBLEM 7: I don't know how to open a pdf file.

RESOLUTION:  If you have trouble opening the pdf file you should download the free pdf reader from Adobe.com. You can follow this link to download the reader:
 Adobe Windows Reader

Install the reader then open the file by double-clicking the filename.
